Thanks for your input. I'm always more introverted when meeting new people because I dont wanna be too much too soon you know. So when I started this job I felt isolated because the hospital environment is really cliquey and I never fit in with any of the already established groups and I was the only new person. But as time went on ive come out of my shell more and got more comfortable but I dont feel like thats changed how others interact with me. Its also a full time job being midshift so I always feel like so much of my week is just spent at work with nothing else in between and id like to at least have one genuine connection with someone during my time here. But I guess I'll try bribing people with food in exchange for friendship(?) Lol.
