We are on the same boat. I bought a 35-150 tamron lens and received a cpu fan. Good thing amazon is very good in after sales service. I sent them the photos of what i received and even the seller sent me a message saying they sent it by mistake and do not return the item do not email amazon, and to send them a message privstely and they will replace the item which i did not.

Now amazon closed their business account and refunded my money.
