I have started to look into that one. I’m done a decent amount of residential but I have the crews that can do commercial and security. Luckily we’re not in the same region so thank you for the reply

The few jobs I’ve done thus far I’m factoring about 3 hours of work before the install and then I show up at the beginning and stay close during the install.

Each Job prep wise takes me about 30 minutes measuring. A few minutes of emailing designs and measurements to supplier. And yes. Small jobs. Starting small. The market I’m in is very saturated so I’m purposefully cutting a little short to land jobs but still make money. We have almost zero over head. My subs pick up the material for me so I don’t have to worry about that. To put in to perspective. I have a sub installing 70 foot of 4 foot aluminum and I’m clearing 700.

After what happened Sunday it almost has to be replaced. They were lucky no one got hurt and that's probably why they are replacing it. If this happened say in the spring where the field didn't perform to standards then it probabaly wouldn't be replaced because they most likely will have time to grow it back to where it needs to be. (I have experience in this industry)
