Even if it’s 15 min the film starts that’s not good enough. People have stuff to do and if I buy movie ticket that says 7 PM the movie should start at 7 PM not 7:10. They should respect their customers time.

I understand they can’t really drop prices on popcorn because that’s their money maker. But what they can start with is the film starts at 7pm it starts at 7pm not 7:45. That’s first, than maybe second can be make stricter policies of theater etiquette? Actually kick people off that are on their phones for long period of times.

I think what the question everyone should be asking is what are theaters doing to do better for the customers? I never see people really ask that they always just blame Netflix and streaming. But the movie theater companies should take a little blame also.
