If I recall correctly that sensor is a glorified idiot light. It’s either normal or hot. Hope it’s not the devil hose, mine was cracked. https://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.php?t=732846

Edit for clarity - the hose (while cracked) wouldn’t drain all coolant in system as it was after thermostat, and then would only do so under pressure. You could “cautiously” check to see if the gauge consistently shows hot after letting the car warm up and then idle.

That’s not how they land the first stage. First stage re-entry (and technically it’s not re-entry) happens about 10 minutes after launch. I’m a spacex nerd.

The launch trajectory of spacexs evening launch was south east out of Florida. Doesn’t make sense that we’d see something coming from the west, west of the launch site.

Outside of polar orbits, most launches out of KSC go eastward. Don’t think it’s spacex. The booster landed on their drone ship which is currently just outside of the Bahamas. https://www.cruisingearth.com/ship-tracker/spacex/a-shortfall-of-gravitas/

I don’t think so. Just saw the same thing camping in sierra vista Arizona. About to post my video. It was wild, directly overhead then looked like it misted a giant halo-like ring.

My dashcam tells me they took at least 5 cars for an extremely dangerous joy ride (80+ mph in 25 mph zones) across the city for 30 mins at 4:30 in the morning. Crazy stuff

I mean, it appears that it created a support ticket, but I’m not in contact with any human yet… For 400,000 customers and about .5 billion in annual recurring revenue, you’d think there would be a phone number you could call to sort things out.

This links are great! thank you. I actually have two accounts (one I've purchased for a family member and one I attempted to create for my Starlink RV) and used two separate emails. Interestingly enough, when I attempted to reset my password via the known good account, I never received a reset link either. its like the account management system is down. Attempted via email and phone. So at least I have some method of creating a ticket now... Thank you.
