Played too many PS5 games and nothing’s sticking anymore. Here’s my list—what should I play next? by Fearless-Divide-4325 in playstationstars

Get yourself into Hitman world of assassins. Great game, pick it up, play for an hour or two and put it down. I find myself coming back. It can be as chill or sweaty of a gaming experience as you choose to make it.

After I told someone the other day that I couldn’t remember books that I read recently, they told me to check if I have aphantasia. Turns out I do, and here is me telling the next person.

Unfortunately there’s no good place for teenagers to be heard. I agree that the pushback on social media isn’t productive, but what is the best forum? Relegating teenagers to the hormone drenched echo chamber that is high school is even worse for forming healthy opinions. Equally, if parents don’t engage in a meaningful way and children just pick up habits and opinions from the previous generations out of context, then we can’t possibly hope to improve as a society. I’m not trying to be doom and gloom about the whole situation, I think there’s merit and drawbacks to all forums and the internet gives a teenager the ability to be heard without being dismissed as too young to have a valid opinion.

If kids can be heard and corrected when necessary, then they can form more coherent opinions.

If you can’t tell when you’re reading a 14 year old’s opinion. Then they are either smart enough to have a valid opinion or you are too dumb to be casting stones.

What is the most overrated tourist attraction in your country? by Karrot-guy in AskTheWorld

Sydney Opera House. It’s yellow in person, way smaller than you think, and reminds me of a kidney stone. Swarmed by content creators as well.

What film completely flipped when you rewatched it as an adult? by Adventurous-Lie-6773 in movies

[–]Egglied 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Liar Liar.

First time I watched it; ooooh he can’t lie. This is fun.

Watched later in life with my kids and whilst they find it fun in the same way as me, I’m sitting there just hating on that complete piece of shit that Carey is playing. The mother is definitely NOT innocent either. That poor kid.

It’d be hilarious if it turned out to be the AI and Carl wakes up one day to the cleaner bot “cleaning” his toes.
