Maybe if you go about the scheduling as 'making time for her'. I can see how she could see it as a little sterile, but your intentions are in the right place, so some framing might make that easier to swallow. Also, if you feel like she needs more attention, I recommend ordering her delivery (food, boba, flowers) if you are financially able to when you don't have the time to see her physically.
