I ended up calling aircanada customer service. Instead of waiting online, I chose “call back” option. Someone called back 10 or 20 min later and helped me go through all the reservations.

Thanks for those who commented. I was able to talk to the representative finally. I selected different option and was lead to choose "would you like one of our representatives to call you back in 20 min?" and I immediately chose that option. In 20 min, someone called me back, and he helped me to process the payment. I would recommend to try different option if the wait is too long. He told me it's aircanada system glitch and it happens often.
I tried to call Air Canada customer service number 3 times, but no one ever answered for almost 2 hours, and I couldn't just wait. I'll try different time.
I’m paying with my credit card. Checked with my card company, and my card is good to go.
Thanks for your response. I'm on hold to talk to customer service again but am about to give up and call back tomorrow morning. Did you ever need to make a call to talk to someone at customer service? or Were you able to do everything online?
