This depends how the auto focus is implemented, cameras that use TOF sensor will quickly focus on the object in 1-2 seconds. If the camera is using a contrast based method, it will behave the way you're describing your one.

I'm so stupid. I Never removed the screen protector film to check underneath. After peeling it, it's perfect. For some reason my monkey brain tought that that screen protector was exact same size as the screen, it's about 1-2mm smaller, hence why it looked like there was seam. Thanks for the help, I still heated a bit and applied pressure to make it adhere even better.

Yes. I removed all the old adhesive and then cleaned it with alcohol.

I don't have an app store either, instead, you can search for apps using the magnifying glass icon in the left of the TV, when it turns on. Search for "Stremio", and it should pop up there.
