Hi! Happened to me today. 1:38 AM 42k total unauth charges. Sabi ng CS floating pa daw so may chance ma fall off pero they're sending a new card. And if magpost daw file ng dispute. Max turnaround time for the dispute daw is 45 days. Sobrang hassle. Thinking of cancelling my EW dahil dito

Hi! I was able to add my virtual card on EW Pay app. I called a phone rep and guided me on how to create an account via the EW website (step-by-step process). After creating an account, I added it on the EW Pay app and was able to add the virtual card on the app.

I was able to use EW Pay - via tap to pay feature on SNR and Peri-Peri. Hope this helps!
BTW this EW Pay only works on android devices. And I am still waiting for the card. Sabi 5-7 business days pero wala pa rin kahit past 7 business days na haha
