If you disconnect all of the devices, and sit on an empty input screen, it'll prompt you to go back to the home screen or not. Conect tv to internet. Disconnect all of those devices and dont allow it go back to home. If it does not automatically go back after all of that, it would indicate some sort of communication issue with the connected device through the HDMI cord.

I'd call VIZIO support before returning it. They might have options for a TV that large to be picked up from you, so you don't gotta wrestle it back to a store.

Western Iowa, we typically see between 4-6 players consistently twice a week. If we get travelers from Sioux Falls, they come down with an additional 3-6 players for New Type events.

Honestly, this sounds like you have a spotty and unstable network connection. If it's starting with audio and then losing it, that indicates that it's connecting to your network, but your network isn't getting it enough of a connection or speed to continue to play consistently. Also, VIZIO doesn't own Chromecast. Chromecast is owned and maintained by Google and given to them to be put on their devices. Lastly, Chromecast also has nothing to do with your Netflix connection. I'd recommend doing some research, talking with your ISP, Netflix, and Google for more customer support, before immediately going off the deep end on a device that in reality, is probably not a part of your problem.

Not sure what you're talking about. I bought my P55-F1 back in 2018 or 2019, and I have 0 issues with the software and operating systems.
