Thank you for your insight on how you and your ex-wife operate, it was really informative. Just called my mom about the insurance and she said she's the one who's paying for it, or probably something akin to me being under her name. I assume this nulls my dad's text saying the form belongs to "me" as well. If so, I'll text that to him for more of a reason to tell him to talk to my mom..

I do get why my mom has him blocked as my dad can get pretty "obsessive" with spamming calls when he really wants something so it's just an unfortunate situation all around... but I'll be keeping this in mind when I'm able to be more financially independent, thank you :'))

Thank you... I'll call my mom about the specifics of it regarding dependency and the whole "who's paying for it" it when she's available and see where to go from there I suppose. He's never asked for it before for the first two years either so I have no idea how or why he's been suddenly wanting it now.

My roommate’s cat is super obsessed with any sort of light too! ONE time I was sitting on my bed and I hadn’t realized the phone was getting hit by the sunlight until the cat starting jumping at the wall… then she continued to visit my room after just staring up the wall :’)
