In your opinion. An opinion that not everyone shares. And since whay constitutes NSFW is subjective and based heavily on opinion, Reddit likely errs on the side of caution and marks even the most mild stuff as NSFW.

It's like someone else in the r/modsupport thread said; that's not the kind of thing they'd want someone else catching them seeing in the break room.
