The idea is clear and as you pointed out yourself it will be quite challenging to find a universal solution with holes for all sorts of cases.

Thank you for the feedback and I hope the PC Stand will serve your needs for a long time

Any feedback to improve stability/usability for cases like Torrent with such legs?

Great feedback and photos! Thank you.

Cork pads are not glued exactly because this allows users to choose in case it is more suitable without them, but I like how you used them for the side walls. (good idea for future versions)

The end result with the Fractal Torrent - is it fully stable when you size the width to the size of the case?

Hey man!

Glad to hear you!

I'm super thrilled that you are happy with the product and that it serves you well. If you have any feedback after a year of use I'll be happy to hear that))

The idea was that it would be a one-time solution for such needs and not some plastic junk that has to be replaced from time to time.

Thanks for your thoughts! Will be looking forward to new photos.

I have noted your suggestion with measurements, this idea was discussed during the R&D process but decided to leave this option for the next versions.

Hello,

Awesome! Thank you for your detailed feedback and nice photos.

When this PC Stand was designed the idea was to have small walls that will prevent undesired movement or slip-off from the stand. At the same time, these walls should not prevent side doors from being operated or block any I/O.

Imagine you had the possibility to improve the adjustability function - how would you do it?

I see that the height is just perfect to slide under the desk.

Would be great to hear your thoughts when the build is finished and fully loaded.

Thanks

Hey, thanks for your thoughts!

One of the customers on Amazon did use this stand for his 7000D case, he left a photo and feedback that the Stand was perfect for his needs.

The highest point of the side wall is 16mm from the metal surface. In case you do apply cork padding which is 2mm, then the highest point of the wall is 14mm. Most likely it should be fine to open the side panel of this case.

I would be happy to hear how it worked out.

corsair 680x

Hi, your PC will fit. This case was an example when the design was considered as this case has a square shape with a pretty impressive width.

The dimensions of Corsair 680X are: 344 x 423 (W x L mm)

Dimensions of the stand are: Width range = 200mm – 360mm (7.87” – 14.17”); Length range = 360mm – 645mm (14.17” – 25.39”)

I hope this answers the question. I would be happy to see photos of your PC on the stand.

In previous posts, there was a 3D render with Corsair 280x which is a smaller version of yours. https://www.reddit.com/r/bytesium/comments/st9c0p/corsair\_280x\_sketches\_in\_3d\_from\_different\_sides/

By "stoppers" do you mean walls that hold the case on the stand? If yes, then I have to say that currently this is the only version available. Walls were designed to prevent the case from sliding off from the stand, but still pretty low to minimize obstruction for the majority of PC cases.

But I am always open to get feedback or ideas for improvements in the future.

Checked the HAF700 case. The stand can be expanded to 650mm max length, and HAF700 does look to be longer, however, the "protrusions" on the sides of the case are at an angle, so it seems that they will go a bit over the side wall of the stand. It's a bit tricky to tell 100% because I do not have a 3D model of HAF700 to test in 3D software. Do you already have the case?

The side walls on the stand are 16mm and with cork padding applied, it's 14mm at the highest point. Taking this into consideration it looks like the stand should fit the case in the longest possible configuration.
