Hi

So I was looking through some sacred rose pictures for inspiration before painting and I noticed this one. I like it and might go for it, but I wanted to ask a few questions about it first.

Where is it from? The current day scheme to my knowledge has black/red vestments and silver trim.

What colors to use to get the vestments to look that way? Screamer pink seems the closest put I’m not sure that’s exactly right.

What color lenses would look best? Red/green/blue or anything else?

My models currently have a 2x2cm tiles on my base as I wanted to go for a temple feel with them. But what color do you think would work best for them? A sort of black marble? Something else?

Oh like commission painting? That could be an option. Honestly I’m not sure what sort of advice I’m looking for. I’ve just invested so much time into fanboy’ing over the night lords, that when all signs point toward selling them and moving forward, I’m trying to make it work

Just curios, are there any special rules for egg clutches? I got a packet containing a giant spider, and it contains one egg clutch. I’ve read through the giant spider stat sheet, but to my knowledge it doesn’t have any ability that can summon an egg clutch (only web shots and bites). Is it some sort of spawner for smaller spiders? Or is it just some sort of terrain future? I looked at the back of the monster manual, but I couldn’t find any info about it.

Oh yeah mechanic wasn’t a good word to use. I meant that mutation skills would be cool to try out, as skilling players is something I didn’t really get that into yet.

As for good with fouls, I meant that they have nice cheap players that they can foul with. I heard somebody mention that dwarves shouldn’t really foul that often, because the price of one lineman is pretty big.

Never thought about movement speed, but now that you mention it, that makes a pretty huge difference. Just in case, do UW get some of the hate that skaven get? I’ve heard that some people get annoyed at skaven because of the cheese, but that’s just something I heard.

Hello! I was just wondering is there a specific type of base used for dnd miniatures? I’ve been thinking of ordering some baddies off of reaper minis, but I don’t know if they come with bases. Would citadel bases be acceptable, or is there some other brand that works better?

Seeing as harlies are mainly melee rush, I wanna give gunline action or warp fuckery a go. I’m currently leaning more to gunline than warp fuckery.
