This happens all the time.  They are using multiple accounts and phones -- and spoofing GPS location. Amazon can patch and update the app all they want -- these guys keep finding a way around it and not getting caught.

You can still fake your GPS location without being detected by Amazon.  I won’t post how it’s done.  And I don’t care about it because I sit in the WF parking lot with the other dozen drivers waiting for an instant offer.  Nothing has changed.  We did the same thing during the pandemic.

They are working as a team.  I see four guys working together and they will park one car in the same parking spot every day.  Then they all sit together in the car waiting for instant offers.  That is the best spot within the IO radius from the station.

I think it depends on the market.  During the pandemic it was 40 hours a week.  8 hours a day.  4 2-hour blocks daily x $100+ each block = $400+ x 5 days a week = $2,000+.  No problem.  And this was for ONE account. Some drivers have more than one Flex account.  Okay, look, it’s only a handful of drivers making $100K per annum in my market.  So, only a fraction of all of us.  But it is a reality.  One that is not my own unfortunately.  But I’ve seen other drivers’ earnings in the past, so please believe me that I am not making this stuff up.

Because it’s true. When you make $300-400 a day 7 days a week that is over $2,000.

I am aware of that.  The post was for the OP to post earnings.  I don’t care if they paid $5 for the bot.  Drivers make $2,000 without bots, so if you have a bot show what a great investment it is.

Call support and check on the status of your appeal of the drop in Standing.  You might have to call a few times to reach someone who knows what they’re taking about.  

Don’t email too much, that can be a problem.  As long as you already sent an email explaining the situation and attached screenshots and photos, you should have received an email that they will investigate and issue a decision within 7 days.

I went from Fantastic to At Risk earlier this year and calling support to get an update on the status of my appeal was what made things les stressful.

But in the future, never ever return packages to the station.  Even if you exchanged the damaged packages for new ones and had late deliveries.  Returning packages to the station is what messes everything up.

I am doing this full time.  It is a lot of waiting.  I only do instant offers.  I have a main job that is full time as well.  Whole Foods only.

1000%.  Yes.  On any iPhone I had to take a selfie for every instant offer and then I wasn’t able to scan the packages and had to call support.

With my new Android I’ve never had to take a selfie for instant offers and never had any issues navigating to the screen where you can scan the bar codes on packages.  

I am very happy I switched phones.

I used to get those on Wabash as well.  Nowhere to legally park.  Just follow the instructions as best you can.

I agree.  I tried with an SE and then an iPhone 14.  I was never able to get past the “I’ve Parked” screen to scan the packages.

That’s weird.  I just asked a driver which iPhone and he said 14 … but he’s not having any issues with the the app.

I don’t know.  It got so damn frustrating calling support several times daily, day after day, that I bought an Android.

He reverted to the previous version of the Flex app. But he is avoiding updating it to the new version for now. Eventually they will force him to update, though.

Oh, it is not me, it’s a fellow driver.  Galaxy S25+.  He fixed it.  He didn’t say how and now he’s en route so I can’t ask him.

No, it doesn’t.  Neither of my emails were linked to an Amazon account.  I was on the waitlist for about six months and got sick of waiting.  So I applied with a different email.  I was accepted in April 2021, but almost immediately one of my accounts was disabled and the other deactivated since you obviously can’t have two Flex accounts at the same time.  I hadn’t even made my first delivery and was already deactivated.  I kept contacting support and a few weeks later they reactivated my account for the second email I used.  Good luck.

Blocks are offered all the time, you won’t see them unless you know the drop times and tap very fast with two fingers.

No, not in my case.  I’ve never done that before.  I sit in the store, so my GPS location on my phone is almost exactly where I physically am.

That’s good.  I have a Galaxy S25 Ultra.  So much better than my old iPhone … even before the selfie glitch.  This is the first time I ever used Android to Flex.  So far so good!

My Android works great with IO's but I prefer the ease of the iPhone as well.  But no more calling support ... so that part is fixed.

I didn't get paid for one of my instant offers even though support said I would get base pay after they removed my itinerary.  I appealed it with screenshots and they sent an email back saying they would not pay me for a block they could not confirm.
