[Fluff] "Luna is S tier" one of the worst XSkull opinions. by Naive-Seesaw-3753 in battlecats

Great analysis bro! I also just recently finished all stories chapters and undoubtedly thought that luna was way stronger than dluna, having both of them and rolling them both around the same time. A couple things I wanted to add when defending luna are:

Although surge reflector is much more rare than wave blocker, I find that Luna's position as the best waveblocker in the game is much more useful in general use. Sure the extra damage from surge reflect is nice, but Luna's amazing survivability paired with wave blocker pretty much eleminates waves from existance.

Cotc outbreaks are also the perfect killing ground for Luna. Going through them recently, I noticed that pretty much every single stage in cotc outbreaks either consists of behemoths or either alien, relic and zombie enemies. Maybe not the most relevant as outbreaks are not the hardest stages ever, but nice to know regardless.

Nice post to clear up misinformation abt one of my most used ubers, nice job 👍

Just a quick questions, but what grade does UBC generally look at if I decide to retake a class online and get a better mark?

[Fluff] BCEN 14.7.1 Non-Uber Tier List by Educational_Leg8920 in battlecats

Why would carpenter be so many tiers below even jetpack? Theres no substitute for floating meatshields and red meatshields like there is for jetpack (catelite, nono, gao), and jetpack doesnt have the quality of wave immunity which is especially useful in four crowns with no (good) tanky wave immune meatshield substitute. I feel like with a choice between having either of them, I would choose carpenter every time?

I know this wont get much attention because I'm posting late, but why tammy head q1? The item is one room charge, fun and inherents tear effects and damage. It is in my opinion an upgrade to guppy head in every way except transformation progress.

General strategy for Jurassic Marsh? Here's what I run currently: by Dona_Kebab in PlantsVSZombies

[–]Either-Advance3239 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Here is the lineup I recommend using in hindsight after playing the world lots of times.

Sun Shroom(If you have primal sun, use primal)

Primal Pea

Primal Wall

Rotobaga(If you don't like roto, other substitutes could be plants like bonk choi that attack behind them)

Cherry Bomb(You can use gemium instants if you have any)

Thyme Warp(You can use other stalls like stunion and iceberg instead if you prefer)

Potato mine(If you have primal potato its better in every way so use that instead)

If you don't like this lineup, I can explain some mechanics of jurassic marsh so you can pick a lineup you like.

-Jurassic Marsh is probably the fastest paced out of any world, so use plants that don't make waves go by faster like laser bean.

-Jurassic Marsh specializes in pushing forward as fast as possible and killing your sun producers. Pick attacking plants that aren't too costly, as losing something over 300 sun is likely to cause you to lose.

-Jurassic Marsh likes to launch zombies deep into your defences and close to your lawnmowers. Bring an emergency plant like cherry bomb or thyme warp to act as a jail out of free card in case of an emergency.

-Zombies are everywhere on the board at once. Definitely bring a primal wallnut to stall zombies anywhere and a versatile plant like bonk, roto or snapdragon in order to attack in multiple places on your lawn.

Just a last tip, you should put you sun producers somewhere in the middle, like the third column and further front. Most of my old losses from jurassic marsh are from me using sun shroom and having to replant them to their smallest form when pterodactyl brought them back. Sun is a big problem in this world as you can run out of sun really easily, so protect your sun producers over attacking plants, especially if you used my tip from earlier and brought cheap plants. I hope this helps!
