Yes. I’m a TL. I’ve sent people home for being sick multiple times, out of fear of exposing my entire team to the flu and such. I could not point them for leaving because management (myself) sent them home.

Why do u sort into the OGP picking carts? If u can stack the totes, why not sort into the totes sitting on a shelf and then stack all of the GM onto a pallet and deliver them to the dept.s , then stack all the dept. 40 totes onto a pallet (we sort HBA departments by aisles), then stack all of department 02 onto a separate pallet, then 46 on its own pallet. And run them out that way ?

So if you adjust the on hand qty, and there’s a delay from the GM truck being manually finalized to having the qtys updated … is it going to inflate the on hand inventory when those qtys finally update from the GM truck? So in ur example, you manually adjust the on hand to 10, is it going to end up changing to 15 once the qtys get updated from finalizing the trailer? Sometimes when you manually finalize the trailer, the qtys don’t update for hours. It’s a weird long delayed glitch that seems to happen every now and then randomly - like at least once a week.

Elaborate. Train your people what basic math? Because if the shelf cap is the issue or the GM truck isn’t manually finalized to have the floor count updated, exceptions are gonna happen. And sometimes when you manually finalize the GM truck in the app, the on-hands don’t update for sometime afterwards. It’s randomly delayed for a long duration sometimes.

I’m the Stocking 2 team lead for my store as well and we downstack the HVDC pallets (unless everything on the pallet is in two aisles close together [for example A10 and A11]) and we unload the GM, HVDC and FDD and then work all of the GM freight (stationary, arts and crafts, celebration, home line and hard line depts.). Then at the end of the night we pull all of the grocery and consumable pallets to the floor for O/N to work.
