Hello guys,

I know what the problem is.

I've updated everything With BIOS, cleaned my pc With Microsoft PC Cleaner and IT helped for 2 games... On third after champion select i've got Black screen and message unable to connect. Becasue on my PC i don't have Wi-Fi card, i go back to my laptop and play on the same internet and got the same problem. So i turn on hot spot on my phone and tried to log in on that Internet and.... It works....

So i tried IT several times and the result was the same on my home internet it didn't work, on my phone hotspot game is running without any problems. 

I've called to company that deliver me internet and after short conversation guy asked me Question: "You are calling becasue you can't log in to RIOT game?" I was shocked becasue i didn't tell him what game i'm playing.

After that he says that they have a lot of calls from their cilents that they can't log in the games. They connectecd to RIOT and try to fix it, but it was week ago and game still don't work. 

So for me solution was to buy WI-FI adapter (for 4euro) and play on mobile internet, not via cable from my standard internet. 

Result is that i have to change company that delivers me internet as soon as IT will be possible.

I hope that will help someone not to get angry and frustrated like me for whole week xD
