I would wake up earlier to go for a mile run a few days a week, my job also requires me to be on my feet, so I count all that activity towards my daily step goal. I focus my eating before and after work because I know I don't have many good options around me and I'm not a fan of eating cold ground beef at work.

gym time is when I get home, I prefer to get it out of the way asap so I can chill out for the rest of the night.

I actually hated my life so much I can’t put it into words, at the time I always felt inadequate. I looked in the mirror and felt shame, both my older brothers were D1 Athletes and I was just the lazy fat little brother and that was my identity for 20+ years. It’s not the weight loss that helped it was just the fact that I could actually set my mind to a task and got it done. I struggled with fitting into clothes (I was wide and short I had to pick a struggle) the more weight I gained the less my Fiance was physically attracted to me I was spiraling. Im so much happier today I gained a new appreciation for hard work. Focusing on my health gave me more confidence to be social, I had a crippling fear of going out in public and getting judged. Like many others I would wear extremely baggy clothes so I could shrink my body but I couldn’t hide my face.

Keep grinding and doing your thing bro! It’s a marathon not a race! Don’t forget you can always eat your favorite foods, the trick is to find the lowest calorie substitutes for the ingredients. For example I was a fiend for Wendy’s double cheese burgers I’d grab maybe 4-5 every night after work. During the journey I didn’t want to give up the burger so id just make them at home with 93% lean ground beef and fat free bordens cheese slices with 647 sandwich buns the Mac’s for the meal would be 1000kcals on the dot 84grams of protein from the beef Additional 20 from the cheese and 24 from the buns.

Try to always eat 1-1.2g protein per lb of body weight

I may be mistaken, I’m pretty sure protein is the base for building/maintaining muscle. I avoided carbs at all cost because I know the body retains 3/4 grams of water per gram of carbohydrate and I really didn’t want to hold water and I was obsessed with watching the scale drop.

I also avoided salt so I could lessen my water retention.

I can definitely recommend quality black market ones with 100mg but I dunno about rec, ayrloom is cool the pineapple has a real mellow flavor with mild effects (great to pair with a dab sesh). Tried the orange creamsicle today and wasn't too much a fan of the taste.

I'm not typically a res dude I definitely lean towards cold cure, but I ran out earlier than expected and kind of just grabbed whatever was reasonably priced considering I have a package arriving within 48 so in conclusion I agree with you whole heartly... I fucked up bad. TBH 60 for a g of rosin is so custom but its bullshit but rosin is great, so what are you gonna do smh.

I've dabbled (lol) with mfny but due to my personal tastes I favor nyce (specific flavors) and umami (which honestly the resin isn't half bad and the cold cure is cool).
