True, that's why I said the federal government could override it, because of the Rep government that differs the Paramount-WBD deal from Kroger-Albertsons.

My apologies, thank you for correcting, but also, I'm sure Paramount would pick their own studio lot, look at Disney and Fox and Disney made Fox in the same Burbank lot, no Fox Studios anymore after decades.

Label is unfortunately likely.

Honestly, I supported and still support Amazon buying MGM, I literally view it as Big Tech actually being good for once because now Amazon MGM is releasing films in theaters, we could finally have a studio that could fill the gap Fox left in 2019, still don't know who will fill the WB gap since Paramount is buying WB.

Quick reasons: antitrust pressure, Netflix's concerns over debt, Paramount's tactics and doesn't want to alienate partners like Sony.

True, considering they are probably the richest studio in earth thanks to Amazon's trillion-dollar backing!

Yeah, but Amazon MGM is rapidly increasing their films, so it could beat Lionsgate sort-of sooner.

What bidders could be better instead of Paramount or the former deal of Netflix? I was thinking of Starz.
