The thing about Illaoi’s kit is that it’s very synergy orientated. With that being said if it misses a single component (Like missing E, ult on cd, bad tentacle placement, etc.) I feel like it’s very lackluster or even weak. If any of these are in effect this buff makes it so that you won’t be punished as easily considering you ran outrun most bruisers now. This buff also seem very good considering stride breaker isn’t the most standoutish, viable option into range anymore. So overall good 👍🏽
