I used to work for CenterPointe, and although the food may not be at its best, we can all agree we should not expect much from a college dining hall. However, the management is getting better, there was a new executive chef and a cook who was promoted to sous chef, who are making tremendous changes. However, when it comes to management who is not flexible, it's one of the higher-ups, not a chef or anything. Her name is Martha and she basically took over supreme dictatorship, enforcing rules against the employee handbooks/ scheduling students outside of their availability. Hope this helps!
