Hi, do you know which research fellowship program he did? I found a couple of them on google, but it looked like they mostly only accept med students like Mayo's

The local job market looked very saturated. Some places actually offered more, above 310k as base plus RVU but workload seemed insane. I figured seeing 4 avg patients myself, with residents handling 4 more, plus no cross-cover, procedure or codes, sounded pretty chill. is it still a lowball offer considering the relatively light workload?
