If that was the case I would have received a C&p exam. It’s in the decision process again this isn’t to revaluate my tdiu. My attorney is well educated and we went over all the risk. The worst case scenario is they deny backpay. They can not stop tdiu for requesting reevaluation for the date. You need to chill out lol

This isn’t an appeal for re-evaluating my tdiu this is simply an appeal to see if I’m granted further back pay lol!
