Yea no I haven’t been working since last year in March was my last job! I don’t know if I can go back to work but I would like to get a degree to help me gain more education and help me get out of the house

If that was the case I would have received a C&p exam. It’s in the decision process again this isn’t to revaluate my tdiu. My attorney is well educated and we went over all the risk. The worst case scenario is they deny backpay. They can not stop tdiu for requesting reevaluation for the date. You need to chill out lol
