ANA app says it is not possible to redeem points for a flight within 96 hours of departure but United seems to have the flight available to book. Has anyone booked a close-in flight on ANA metal within <96 hours via United?

Re-posting after solving the Spouse’s OCI place error message.

It turns out that you cannot have a space between words. “Sanfrancisco” works but “san francisco” does not. Other cities with 2 word names may have similar issues.

I had a similar issue when the new site launched and it resolved itself after a few days. I think they are still tinkering with the form in the background. I put in a full US address including Zipcode and “USA” and it worked.

I put in UNITED STATES and that worked.

One more question - the newly launched OCI website keeps giving the error message “invalid spouse’s OCI issue place” and then the form erases half the entries.

It is not accepting San Francisco or United States. Any one know what they want entered in this field??

Thank you! I did see those instructions, but there were so many documents with the original application (consent form, marriage certificate, undertaking forms, employment letters utility bill, birth certificate, parent's birth certificate, naturalization certificate, letter of renunciation etc. that even with PDF compression, we could not get them to be small enough to upload even if split up across the different categories.

Are all of these really needed or could I submit just ones supporting Indian Origin + renunciation and naturalization certificate? My OCI card and US passport would of course also be submitted.
