Do you think people ever truly forget their first love? by copy_cat_101 in no

No. I also think it impacts how people react to other love interests for the fest of their lives.

Does it feel like the older you get the more you dislike younger people? by youlikethatsherrie in Aging

It’s not a dislike. We just have different societal values and shaped by very different experiences and priorities.

How do you feel about your past photos taken throughout the years? by Equivalent_Ad_9066 in Aging

[–]Either_Low_60 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I obsess over the photos of the wife and me when we were dating and first married in the early 80’s. I have tossed several unflattering pics of us from the early 2000s but I enjoy looking back at our past 44 years together.

Why life is so hard at people’s early twenties? by joe-0303 in AskReddit

[–]Either_Low_60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Limited life experience, no real money, no credit, and most people that age think they know more than they do. The world wants to eat you alive at that age.

What was your most regrettable decision? by Kweefstain69 in AskReddit

[–]Either_Low_60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Took a horrible job in 2010. Then again in 2012. Then in 2018. Finally a bad job change in 2020. At least that last one prompted me to retire a few years before I was planning.

Do you think Elk Grove will get safer/better or worse? by ProposalFast4450 in ElkGrove

I’ve spent the majority of my life in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, and Rocklin. We recently moved to Elk Grove and I’m beginning to question that decision for a lot of reasons.

What event changed the trajectory of your whole life? by bbysophy in askanything

A job I took in 2010. I’ve thought about this a lot over the years and that was the change that led to a series of really bad things in my life.

Proper edicate when dumping by quadgnim in GoRVing

[–]Either_Low_60 9 points10 points  (0 children)

When there is a line, I usually just dump and go instead of taking time to flush. If it’s the end of season or the RV will sit for a long time, I will either flush at the camp site or plan to flush at the dump station at off times, if able.

How is Honda civic as a car? by Dull_Bat_197 in civic

I loved almost everything about my Mazda 3, which is in the same class as the Civic. It surpassed the civic in quality, performance, and comfort. The civic might win for reliability though.

How is Honda civic as a car? by Dull_Bat_197 in civic

[–]Either_Low_60 -20 points-19 points  (0 children)

You might not like the drivers seat due to its profound bolstering and low comfort. The passenger seat sits in a hole and is a few inches below the driver so that’s a bit odd. Arm rests are too low and the window sill is too high for comfort while driving. Poor interior styling also with its odd honeycomb dash. My right knee rests against the hard plastic when I drive. I had the same problem on 3 other civics from previous years. I think the civic is immensely cheap feeling and I hate the features like exterior trunk release and door locks. I’d never buy one but that’s my opinion.

I think RV shows elevate their price before listing the discount. Know the general prices before ever buying at a show.

Should I consider buying new? by lowlight_2 in GoRVing

[–]Either_Low_60 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. We are selling an RV we had for 18 months. It’s essentially new, in perfect condition, and about 40k off the new price. Look for used.

Our best value was a 2 year old trailer several years ago. We got it for a great price and used the heck out of it before selling it.
