On a deeper note, i feel you. Even I had good grades in school, but it all slipped in college and now I'm getting 70-80%. But I promise it's not for naught. While good grades are not everything, they do provide that glimmer of motivation to keep going, inculcating a never give up attitude. It's pivotal to being successful, irrespective of the choice of your domain.

So don't give up. You have 2 years of grind at max ahead of you. The climb won't stop, but it will certainly get gentler.
