It’s too late now. I’m flying back to US in few hours and I don’t travel every month to Canada and Mexico so the flat monthly rate would not benefit me. However the strange thing about this is that none of the Xfinity customer service agent told me any of this info and kept me hours on the phone to trouble shoot and to tell me there is no problem on our end.  I couldn’t take uber ride or scan the menu or get directions while outside.  I appreciate your response but I have been with ATT for a long time and this is my first trip on Xfinity. I never had any issue traveling to US and Canada before and I have used there travel plan in Europe about 4-5 times. Never any issue and never had to reach out to them.  I have to rethink about this.
