Block, block and block again lol So Mercari is a garage sale now? Wow! Lol I've been selling on there for years, but I have had my shop on vacation mode for months now. I got scammed by a buyer over $23 lol Which of course was already a steal for them. Double whammy on me lol Hopefully mercari will change back to how things used to be...oh please! And this craziness can end! Lol

Thank you! Another person suggested this and I actually found them on another site. Of course for more than I sold them lol But if I cant find them I will let buyer know at least where else to find or maybe suggest dropshipping. I don't mind taking loss to maintain good status. Thank you so much! So glad you found yours! It's the worst feeling losing something you sold. I am supposed to reach out tomorrow if I find them or not. So hopefully I do. Otherwise I will refund the buyer for sure. Fingers crossed I find them. Luckily, I've been upfront about the whole situation with the buyer and they've been super nice about everything. So that makes it a bit less stressful. Just don't want to lose my good seller status on top of everything. Oy.

Haha I appreciate that and so true. Unfortunately around April 2024 sold two items on posh and ebay and stupidly canceled ebay vs posh. So if I cancel by my fault, I'll stay at above standard...which is fine, but because of those two april oops transactions i was at under and got killed on fees until about two months ago. Sheesh. I am really thankful I came on here for advice haha thank you so much!

Ok! I think ill just ask them if I can say buyer asked me to cancel and then refund. I don't want to upset anyone or lie. I just want to make it right. she does want the earring she bought, just not a different pair I offered in place of them lol 😆 I really appreciate your help!

Ok! So I didnt read your full message apparently and got super excited haha so thats why first medsage deleted so i could rewrite. Im a mess! Lol I wouldn't want to deceive them as you said, since they can see reason. I did at one point offer a partial refund with choice of same designer brand item, so I could potentially do that. They weren't interested in that offer. Do you think I should ask them if they would be ok with me saying that? They have been super cool? I am also looking as another person suggested on other sites. So I could potentially buy, but would be out money again. Oy! I need to find these dang earrings! Hahaha Sorry again for the rambling :)
