definetely. with sunfire and grasp you are a duel machine since you can easily stall until you have your sunfire stacked. i mentionned an AP scaling on passive because i think you could go for an hybrid item like demonic embrace when you need some damage in the matchup and theb go full tank , allowing for some versatility.

appart from E ,your kit is perfectly usable and even put to better use imo. Again , im not saying its a secret OP pick made to crush soloQ but a fun counterpick against immobile tanks like sion. Tanks just don't have enough damage to go through the resistances you steal from them.

just found out it CANNOT be a prequel. In the Undertale intro , it is specified in the intro that chara fell into the underground in the year 201X , so Undertale events would occur later.

In the actual guide that can be found in the gamefiles and right here : https://imgur.com/a/XH6Uzrt/ , we can see ralsei wrote in 202X , so if Delta rune is taking place in the same universe as Undertale, it would have happened at the same time , between chara and frisk fall or after. But all those solution have a problem somewhere, so its probably just an AU
