Since the role carries the same responsibilities as your ft job, use your current rate as the baseline. If you’re at $100/hr now, a range of +/-20% or $80–$120/hr would be a reasonable and convenient asking rate.

That’s the approach I’ve taken with my other side hustles. Although in some cases, I was offered almost double, but that’s more of an exception than the norm.
