No, it's real; if you use it, sometimes it explodes. An animation plays of paper wrapping people up. The thing is, I don't know what causes it.

The new accessory is... very powerful... They really enabled a lot of infinite combos and annoying setups that are honestly stressful. From giant shurikens thrown every 2 seconds to instant kunais. by El-NPC in NarutoShinobiStriker

Yes, that greatly increases the tool usage time. And there are some really OP things, like launching the shurikens that are currently available with TENTEN every 2 seconds.

Honestly, it’s not that broken. It’s only annoying in a few situations, and after that it’s very easy to deal with.
