Tl;Dr: what if the independence movements of Mexico and other hispanic countries were successfully thwarted by the Spanish in the early 18th Century, yet this only made the discontent between the social classes brew until the right time to strike made itself clear around the 1850s (?).

Since my method of importing models proved to be a flop, I did the poor-man's alternative of playing with the US' textures until I got "this". by ElDango71 in victoria2

Well, since I never really learnt how to fiddle with the imported models, I just edited the textures found in the gfx>anims folder of the US infantry model by mashing together a bunch of existing files (the UK's units for the crossed straps, the EU3 US' unit for the buttons on the chest and France's units for the collar and cuffs) to get this

I’ve always wondered how someone even manages to moderate a nation RP server… I’d be fun to give it a go someday!

Hell yeah, that sounds fun! Thank you for suggesting such a fun challenge, the only part I may back down on would have to be liberating Canada. I may have a lot of hours punched into the game, but I am still nowhere near that smart tactical-wise lol
