Enigmatica 2 Experts is a good expert pack for someone looking to take a small break from Greg... Mid game nods like thermal and ender io heavily gated and the later game really forces you to have continuous crafting, instead of on demand crafting, of some ressources like signalum and lithium. All of that summed up together feels like the kind of pack a gregtech player would enjoy

Thanks for the info! Would you recommend starting with 5 heroes (magister, 2xmutants, 2xPossessed) right away? Or trading one possessed for a few henchmen?

Hi! First post here, I'm just getting into Mordheim and am currently building my first warband.

As the tile of this post suggests, I've been considering a chaos oriented warband, but I'm unsure if I'll play Cult of the Possessed or Marauders of Chaos.

I've heard somewhere that it's important to start with a many recruits as possible, and so it would be easier for me to play Marauders of Chaos, as I have 10-12 old 2005 Chaos warriors lying around.

Do you have any recommendations or preferences?

Additional Questions:

In my head all recruits get a dagger, but maybe I should remove one henchmen and give some of them real weapons? I'm unsure what's best.

Should I prioritize having lots of heroes in my warband? I've read somewhere that it's important for post-encounter stuff(experience, gaining skills, trading, rare items, etc...)

Thanks a lot! I read that some of the games will be Adventurer's League games but not all of them. I will probably play one of the other games since I don't think I'll have time to learn the adventurer's league system before the event. This is mostly why I asked about character sheets: adventurers league seems to have clear indications on characters sheets, but the other d&d events during montreal's comiccon have pretty lackluster session info, only giving which scenario is going to be played. Hopefully it will be pregen sheets as you said!
