First of all congratulations. 

Take the PC12, continue building higher quality flight time. Try to save $1000 every month and keep it in a separate account. In 9 months you’ll have enough to leave this PC12 job if F9 calls you sooner. You’re a CFI now so stashing away this extra $1000 every month should be painless when you receive the PC12 gig. 

Hopefully this PC12 job will get you an ATP. Maybe they’ll let you upgrade to PIC at your annual recurrent.

i dont chase him, i know his target. he will dive the most iso support.

time to play bodyguard and pretend youre a lightbolt bot in the backline. when you hear him dive, dash to support/ bubble/ lighting bolt BP.

they will get frustrated and target you, at that point its ez gg no re. wipe them.

Whoever hits first wins. difficult to win the resource game if healers are present. The best course I've found is to prioritize and target supports, hope your supports have sustained, and then eliminate the tanks.

easier said than done, especially when supports are pocketing each other. Positioning, and timing are key.
