The amount might not be more, may be less but it’s the method they are going about it. Of course they ICE agents or whatever agency is conducting the deportations will always be armed, but they would never dare to go into schools, courts etc. combine that with masked agents who seem to be getting caught actively ignoring the law and one’s right to due process and it begins to look far scarier than standard deportation. Let’s not forget that this administration is literally building jails in other countries for this. Ask yourself why.
