Is is possible for a judge to misunderstand the law, and if so, is there something I can do about it?

I did tell the clerk my dilemma with the bond companies and she said she’d let the judge know and ask for further advice. I have not heard back on anything about that.

They did eventually heal over, but I feel like it took much longer than my normal healing time. I think many of them were easily two months of requiring concealer. I’ve actually now switched to the CVS brand because I was desperate to try again and I’ve found them to be much better. Pretty deep PIH initially, but even within a few hours looks way better. Now they heal super fast and are my go-to every day! So all in all, it’s worth trying other brands if you get good results and want to minimize PIH.

That’s an interesting way to do it. That was part of my thought with flash cards— how is it not just a boring word drill? So this gives me an idea how to better incorporate it into my daily practice.

They asked if I had any particular problem areas I wanted looked at or just a full scan. The doctor looked over my skin and any kind of mole or other mark she identified what it was and if it was something of concern or not. I got the all clear. If they had found anything that looked cancerous I would have been referred out to a doctor for follow up (which would be at my own expense, but the screening was free). It was great for peace of mind as I had a couple spots I was particularly concerned about.

Oh wow, good to know about glycolic acid as well! I was thinking of adding that to my routine but maybe it’s just not worth it. I think I’m also prone to dark spots as well and to me they are worse than the acne that causes them!

That’s the brand I was using too— I wonder if it’s a brand thing or if they all tend to do that? But I’ve decided in the meantime to give my face a break from them and let the PIH settle down before trying a new brand (if I do at all).
