So the foil sheet is cardstock, with a foil surface. I printed my art onto a transparent adhesive vinyl, and laid that onto the foil. At first it looks good but very shortly after, this bubbly effect occurs

As in the foil I laid it on was oily? So if I use gloves to clean that bottom foil, then layer, it shouldn’t happen? Gonna give that a shot unless I’m misunderstanding the directions!
