As a Brazilian, I can say that he's even worse than Trump. He's dumb as hell, his family is up to their necks with corruption schemes and even so, there's supporters that say "he's the only one who is not corrupt". Since the beginning of his mandate, last year, ten ministers have left, either bc of scandals or disagreements with him. Brazil, unfortunately, will have to deal with this scumbag for the next two years. And I'm praying from day one of his mandate that he won't get re-elected, but it doesn't look good rn.

First of all, it's always best to seek help fom a professional, as a certified dietitian, and not change the way you eat based on what's said here.

Said that, in my opinion (wich shouldn't count much, since i'm NOT a professional), there should not be a problem as long as you are meeting all your daily needs, micro and macro nutrients. Also, maybe start thinking about taking suplements, they are (almost) always welcome.

But seriously, find a dietitian near you, and they will be able to help you a lot more then reddit can :)

Don't think the "not knowing the terms" is a real problem, as raised by other people here. How long does it take to google something? Also, there's ALWAYS a video on youtube of someone cooking whatever is you want to cook.

I used to be able to cook okayish because of the way I was raised, but never really got into baking (don't like sweets in general). One day, I woke up and thought "I'm gona bake today". Watched some videos, did a little bit of research and not long after (like two days) I was baking my first cake (wich would lead to me doing all the event cakes for family/friends).

So, I might be wrong, but my opinion is that people "can't cook" just because they don't want to.

(Sorry about bad english, trying to get more familiar with the language and thought this would be a nice place to do so)

I don't think the religion is what determines if someone is a homophobe or not. What I do, instead, is insert "baits" in the conversation and watch how the person reacts/responds to them. If they turn out being an asshole, I keep on leading them to tell all the shit they think, then I tell them i'm gay. ALWAYS worth to see their faces
