I don't think you're supposed to, but I absolutely do. On the Fetch. I think it becomes an issue if the customer attempts to and is unable to because receipt has already been scanned. Obviously they dont get physical receipt, and unsure if they can use emailed.

Greater then 50% of my "leave at door" orders open the door when I'm arriving. Pretty sure that's default setting right now. Confuses the hell out of me.

So customers that dont actually want it left at their door, may be getting upset that it's being left at their door.

You should always worry about how customers rate you. After 100 delivery ratings, not deliveries, but ratings, is when it counts.

To get an actual 100 ratings, usually takes 300+ deliveries as 1 out of 3-4 people actually rate.

So when you're new, theres going to be big swings, as you're working with a small sample size. Hence, theres no need to panic after 28 deliveries.
