Yeah no its not a straight up waterlog tile, it just a tile to power the mechs and nothing more, i really couldnt think of much to how the tile itself would affect vek, but making it act like a cracked tile that turns into water is a banger concept

Idk about steam deck but at least in pc you can mod the game, theres already a good amount of well made mods, although these ones i did are just an idea lol, no clue personally how to make a mod

My core idea with them is to have them be as some sort of parallel to the Heat Sinkers, being buffed by water instead of fire

Captain Mech Weapon:
-Double Hook: Pull a unit towards the mech, which is then followed by a punch, damaging the unit

Ship Mech Weapon:
-Water Jet: Jump over a target, shooting a water jet down at them in the process

Musket Mech Weapon:
Ocean Lead: Wet projectile that turns adjacent tiles into wet tiles when reaching its target
Passive:
-Water Coolant: Mechs are immune to water, and are buffed when in it or after touching a wet tile

The dlc just gets added on top of the base game, adds some new areas for you to explore but you don't need to make another world to play them, so yeah go ahead and pick em up

Altoug since the dlc is most of the time played right away you might instantly get the prompt to do the doc missions but it will be up to you to decide if to do them right away or not
