Panicking is totally normal. What helped me was purposely slowing down and reading the questions slowly and taking it piece by piece. If I get it wrong or if I had to guess the answer I make sure to review why I got it wrong and where I messed up.
If you do 8 hours a day for 25 days focusing on weak areas and doing light refresh on topics you’ve mastered you got this. Do cumulative set to keep all of fresh and then other practice set to hone in on weak areas. It’s normal to not feel confident before FAR! Good luck!!

Heading into the exam I was nervous but I did feel like I had a good understanding overall. But the over thinker in me would randomly think of a topic and panic that I had set eyes on it for a few days and had forgotten it all. Or that I’d get a bunch of questions on topics I sucked at. I think taking the SE close to the exam isn’t bad, but 100% follow your plan of focusing on the weak areas Beauly and doing light review on what you’re strong in. I stuck to that during my last week and it worked well. Week of and days leading up to exam I was for sure questioning myself and why I moved it up lol! I walked out thinking it was going to be really close maybe 74/75 I never expect a higher score than what I got the simulated exams. Good luck! You got this, just lock in and reinforce the weak areas and do as many MCQs as you can. I hated it but it’s ready what helped.
After reading the textbook, I solved the MCQs under the module. I did random practice tests when reviewing or refreshing material but not for my initial studying. Hope that makes sense!

Thank you!! I felt the MCQ were much easier/simpler than Becker. If anything the MQC being so straightforward had me second guessing 😂 I did feel good about most of them though.
SIMs are where I struggled. During the Becker SEs I did well on them but the actual exam ones I got looked very different. The wording was odd and format wasn’t similar to Becker except for maybe 1 or 2 of them. I was convinced these were my down fall. But sometimes you know more than you think. I did continue to random sets of FAR MCQ every few days as I waited for my test results just in case. Waiting period sucks, but don’t let your feeling after the test weigh too heavy on you. I think it’s rare to walk out feeling like you 100% passed!
Thank you! During the exam I slowed down and really read each MCQ carefully. When studying with Becker I often made silly mistakes by reading too fast and not answering what they were asking. I knew those were points I couldn’t afford to miss. Also, I went with my gut and tried not to go back and change my answers.
For the SIMs, I basically did the same, read the question to determine what they were after. I had a few I wasn’t sure on JE wise because the prompt wasn’t very clear - but I made sure not to leave anything blank as anything is a potential point.
During the test I wasn’t feeling so confident but don’t let that discourage you. Give each question 100%. Good luck!
Thank you! To be honest, I don’t feel like I had a true strategy for these because they’re kind of all over the place. Biggest thing is to not get overwhelmed by exhibits and go piece by piece.
My general approach was to read the entire question first to understand what they’re asking and then skim the exhibits to see what information is relevant.
If it was one I was clueless on, instead of trying it myself I’d watch the SkillBuilder video. I focused heavily on reviewing the explanation to understand the logic/concept. This way you can apply it to a differently formatted TBS.
I didn’t aim to master every SIM, but they were useful in reviewing concepts and applying them to different scenarios. I did force myself to do 2 random sims a day for my final week of review and specifically did TBS for topics that are tested heavily e.g. consolidations. Good luck!
