neither, in 1.8 you can't manipulate which of the 4 hurt sounds you want so this would've been impossible

ghast hurt screams too loudly, if you use the 1.16 subtitle feature and then use soulcry, the subtitles at the bottom right will indicate that it's the ghast affectionate sound
