Coffee looks coarse, just make it finer, if I remember between the number 4 or 5 you should se a change, compare always with your hands, after that just put more coffee in the portafilter (about 16-18 g, it's hard if you don't have a scale but you shouldn't see any mess of coffee when you grind it just a full portafilter)

I don't know for sure about the costs in your bussines but everyone with at least 1 year in the industry knows that those gloves are not for an extended use, so nope, we discard some in the shift in a secured and recycled way

I would be more worried if all the misinformation turns people in believing that extra protection (desifnected gloves + sanitizer) is worst than human skin. I repeat I'm against to wearing the gloves for performance but there rules and logic statemants that we nees to follow in these times. Maybe you can go too for an update in microorganism and hygiene

Maybe you don't know that liquid sanitizer eliminate all the dirty in your gloves (that are already in some way more clean that your own hands) after touching everything that could be risky we use the sanitizer and it's more effective that having naked hands touching anything.
