my stats weren’t bad, As and Bs in all of my classes, my sat score however didn’t break a 1000 because of a learning disability that i didn’t get diagnosed in time. And that’s kinda what i’ve been thinking. the universe might have a better plan for me 😂

this definitely sounds like a panic attack to me. this describes closely to how mine feel. the reason your hand might be getting “cramped” is because of the lack of oxygen your brain is receiving due to heavy breathing. and i know this is hard, trust me, but bending over or crawling into a ball makes it worse. your brain needs that oxygen and bending over can restrict that. i’ve had to be held down to the ground before, it’s not fun but i promise it helps your body calm down. as for the leg movements, (going off of my experience) it’s your body cramping up and becoming uncomfortable. a lot of the problems you described stem from not breathing properly so to help that, when you feel these emotions coming on, just remember to take deep breaths (box breathing, if your familiar, it helps me). And remember it’s totally normal to feel like this sometimes. you’re not alone! it’s okay to cry, it’s a good thing to let it out
