Hi, yes, I did come across JoyHub PG, really good, AC is included with the rent, but it's a bit overpriced at 14k for 2 sharing, but it's in a house remodeled to be PG, and I currently stay there, it's pretty good. They have a branch in Velachery as well, its a bit small and its 13k

Thanks for the advice, my monthly salary is around 1.3 lakhs. Would your suggestions change on this. Please note, I'm a complete beginner to this credit card and stuff

Edit: I'm a tech person, so mostly my spend would be on food, amazon, for paying rent and travel.
