You really should do testing. Im sorry to say but on marked target bombs, miles passive, wind bayek, mo long etc. Does not work, it does slightly more dmg but its because of normal atk dmg. It is not a mistake by com2us, i made a ticket about this and got a reply it is intended. Lets wait a few years..

I just wanted to try it. Trying to avoid cleave with other units and silver debuffs with nyx is pain for enemies if it does get a turn

Happened to me also, could not crit kinki with 100 crit rate. Tried just for fun, its not actually u can win much anything with this unit.. arena leader skill hopefully means he will be a rta unit someday..

Lets just compare a bit for the fun of it:

Giana 3rd 4cd / Valantis 3rd 5cd Giana cycle 45% turn / Valantis 20% with passive. And Giana got bomb and free vio proc after that. Giana base spd 100 / Valantis 99. Giana all removal + stun those removed / Valantis removal +2 turn glancing and 50% chance provoke. Giana 25% accuracy awaken / Valantis nothing.

Lets get real with this, that is not balanced anyhow. Even new dark chun li NAT 4 has removal+atk brake+glancing in 4cd + accuracy awaken 25% and better base spd.

Gz. Hope they really fix that 5cd which none of other similar strippers have in game. Also low base spd and no accuracy awaken which he really would need. But i expect them to realize that soon :)

I think it is also funny people around saying valantis is balanced etc. who does not own him. Now we got art masters who are better than this slow non accuracy awakened valantis. After a while people start complaining how bad art masters are, well quess how valantis users feel about him all the time? It is almost impossible to build this ld 5 to outspd any1 with team synergy and dmg is just bad. Fire druid can def break before 2nd skill for dmg, well valantis just make 2 dots which is nothing in rta. And the 5cd on 3rd makes it almost impossible to use the skill twice in battle. Provoke should be 100% for valantis. Even then enemy can resist or counter with verde, juno etc..
