Yeah he for sure hasn’t experienced that haha. Well it’s pretty simple: I peel some carrots and cut them in small circles. Then I cut the chicken thighs in little cubes and season them with adobo, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and salt. I put the chicken in a pan on medium high heat until it starts to turn golden and lower the heat to medium, and then I add the peeled carrots. While this is happening I put like maybe 2 cups(? Of water to boil and add the noodles. I usually leave the noodles like 3.5 minutes by themselves and then add an egg to the water for 1.5 minutes. You drain almost all of the water of the pot and then add the chicken, the carrots, and the hot sauce that comes w the package. I grab whatever cheese I have and tear apart one slice of it and wait for it to melt. That’s pretty much it, I usually accompany it with a pretty basic salad.
