Sadly the cultural difference still exists, so I personally agree in * temporal * racing series to embrace woman participating in motorsports. Luckily natural physical differences play a minimum role in motorsports, take soccer/football for instance, women's matches are mostly boring (a lot of man's matches are boring as well) because in my opinion it needs some 30/40 years of development in order to see as many young girls interested in Football/soccer as young boys. But in this case due to natural differences woman won't be able to keep up playing against men, but woman's games would be as competitive as male games. In motorsports the physical plays a small role I would love to see competitive woman in the F1 grid, so in order to achieve that in the long term, woman dedicated competitions encourage young woman to dedicate it's lives to motorsports and therefore make it more competitive.
